CHAPTER IV. SOCIAL AND CULTURAL RIGHTS AND DUTIES

Article 21

Freedom of association is guaranteed. Everyone has the right to form associations and to participate freely in the activities of the associations created. Associations must operate in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.

Freedom of association is guaranteed. Trade unions shall carry on their activities without constraint or limitation other than those provided for by law.

Article 22

The right to strike is guaranteed. It shall be exercised in accordance with the laws

in force.
