Article 2. Supremacy of the Constitution

  1. All organs of the State, all public and private associations and institutions and all citizens shall be bound by and remain loyal to the Constitution and shall ensure its observance.

Article 7. Democratic Principles

  1. The organization and operation of all political, public associations and movements shall be guided by the principles of national unity and democracy.

Article 19. Freedom of Conscience, Religion, Expression of Opinion, Movement, Assembly and Organization

5 All persons shall have the right to assemble and to demonstrate peaceably together with others.

6 Every citizen shall have the right to form organizations for political, social, economic and cultural ends.
