Rights, Freedoms and Duties

Article 17

Everyone has the right to freedom of assembly and association under the conditions and in accordance with the procedures laid down by law.

Everyone has the right to demonstrate and march, under the conditions and in the manner provided for by law.

All citizens may address petitions to the National Assembly to express needs of common interest.
