THE FUNDAMENTAL BASES OF SOCIETY

Art.10: Freedom of conscience, assembly, religion and worship is guaranteed to all under the conditions laid down by law.

All forms of religious fundamentalism and intolerance are prohibited.

Art.14: All citizens have the right to freely form associations, groups, societies and political parties in accordance with the laws in force.

Associations, groups, companies and political parties whose activities are contrary to public order and to the unity and cohesion of the Central African people are prohibited.
