Article 37
The State guarantees freedom of association.
The public authorities shall cooperate with associations that contribute to the social, economic, intellectual, moral and spiritual development of the population and to the education of citizens.
This cooperation may take the form of a subsidy.
The law lays down the procedures for exercising this freedom.
Article 39
The right to strike is recognised and guaranteed.
It is exercised under the conditions laid down by law, which may prohibit or limit its exercise in the fields of national defence and security or for any activity or public service of vital interest to the nation.
