Article 34.

Right of assembly and demonstration

  1. Citizens shall have the right to assemble peacefully and unarmed, even in places open to the public.
  2. All citizens have the right to demonstrate, in accordance with the law.

Article 35

Freedom of association

  1. Citizens have the right, freely and without any authorisation, to form associations, provided that they are not contrary to criminal law or do not jeopardize the Constitution and national independence.
  2. Associations shall freely pursue their aims.
  3. No one may be forced to join an association or compelled by any means whatsoever to remain a member.
