Freedom of assembly and freedom of demonstration may be limited in order to maintain order and security at meetings, demonstrations or with regard to traffic. Furthermore, these freedoms may only be limited in the interests of the security of the Kingdom or in order to combat an epidemic.
Freedom of association may be restricted only in respect of groups whose activity is of a military or similar nature, or involves the persecution of a group of persons on account of their race, color or ethnic origin.
