Article 28:
Everyone is guaranteed freedom of opinion and expression, communication, conscience, religion, the press, association, assembly, movement and demonstration.
They may only be limited by respect for the freedoms and rights of others and by the imperative need to safeguard national unity, public order and morality.
The law shall determine the conditions for their exercise.
