Article 14
The State guarantees freedom of opinion, individual and collective expression, research, communication, the press, the media, printing and publishing, travel, assembly and peaceful demonstration and sit-in in accordance with the law.
Article 15
The State guarantees the freedom to form political parties, associations and other civil society organizations, and promulgates a law for their organization. It is forbidden to create associations that are secret, armed, or not in conformity with public order or public morality and other aspects threatening the State and the integrity of the national territory.
Art. 42
Freedom of peaceful assembly and demonstration is guaranteed.
