 Article 43. Liberté de réunion

La liberté de réunion pacifique est garantie. Toute personne a le droit d’organiser des rassemblements, des protestations et des manifestations et le droit d’y participer. Ces droits peuvent être limités par la loi, si cela est nécessaire pour sauvegarder l’ordre public, la santé publique, la sécurité nationale ou la protection des droits d’autrui.

Article 44. Liberté d’association

1. La liberté d’association est garantie. La liberté d’association comprend le droit de chacun de créer une organisation sans obtenir d’autorisation, d’être ou de ne pas être membre d’une organisation et de participer aux activités d’une organisation.
2. La liberté de créer des syndicats et de s’organiser dans le but de protéger des intérêts est garantie. Ce droit peut être limité par la loi pour des catégories spécifiques de salariés.
3. Les organisations ou activités qui portent atteinte à l’ordre constitutionnel, violent les droits et libertés de l’homme ou encouragent la haine raciale, nationale, ethnique ou religieuse peuvent être interdites par décision d’un tribunal compétent.

Article 43. Freedom of Gathering

Freedom of peaceful gathering is guaranteed. Every person has the right to organize gatherings, protests and demonstrations and the right to participate in them. These rights may be limited by law, if it is necessary to safeguard public order, public health, national security or the protection of the rights of others.

Article 44. Freedom of Association

1. The freedom of association is guaranteed. The freedom of association includes the right of everyone to establish an organization without obtaining any permission, to be or not to be a member of any organization and to participate in the activities of an organization.
2. The freedom to establish trade unions and to organize with the intent to protect interests is guaranteed. This right may be limited by law for specific categories of employees.
3. Organizations or activities that infringe on the constitutional order, violate human rights and freedoms or encourage racial, national, ethnic or religious hatred may be prohibited by a decision of a competent court.
